The Below Market Rent program offers rent-restricted, affordable housing. Maximum annual household income depends on the individual program requirements and household size, and has different categories based on a percentage of the area's median income (AMI).
How To Apply
Applicants are required to submit documentation such as proof of residence, proof of income and financial histories. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
