REQUIRED FEES:
In addition to the monthly rent, these are fees and costs that are required as part of your tenancy with Irvine Company Apartment Communities. Required fees apply to every household as part of the lease process and throughout tenancy.Â
Application Fee: $45 (one-time per applicant)
Holding Deposit:Â $200 - $600 (applied to Security Deposit)
Security Deposit: $600 - 1 Month’s Rent (one-time, refundable)
Utility Billing Fee:Â Max. $5.55/monthÂ
Utilities:Â Usage based/month Â

Dog - $750 per apartment; $75 monthly

BREED RESTRICTIONS:
Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf-Hybrids and Perro de Presa Canarios or any dog that has the above breeds in their lineage are not allowed at any Irvine Company apartment communities.
